We recently undertook some major house alterations at our home.

We employed Graham to prepare drawings and specifications for our new home. From the time we first engaged Graham he was helpful and informative. After several meetings the drawings were exactly as we had envisaged and passed through the District Council planning offices with no problems.

Graham was the designer and architect that drew up the plans and supervised the renovations to our property.
The result was that the end alterations exceeded the image we were trying to achieve.
Because of Graham's professionalism minor defects were identified at an early stage and rectified before they became an issue. He also dealt with the various contractors in a firm but polite manner to ensure continuity of work.
In the instance where there were major problems 'he' negotiated satisfactory conclusions, which the 'normal' person would have found awkward or distressing.
