We will work with you to a move from the consenting stage into the construction phase through to completion; we can offer either full management ervices or a selection of the following:
- Tender out to contractors for pricing
- Receive and review tenders and work with you to choose suitable contractors
- Contract administration, reviewing and approving consultants/ contractors invoices
- Site observation to ensure all work undertaken is in accordance with the construction documents
- Ensure all documentation required for a code of compliance certificate to be issued has been completed and is correct for the work undertaken.
