We approached Graham to help inspect and analyse a house we were considering purchasing. This was to assess the building for weather tightness as it was built in the era of leaky homes. Graham performed testing and identified a number of areas of dampness, and, a significant amount of re-cladding and stud replacement required to the building. Further Graham then prepared a plan, and costing to remediate the dampness. Had we had not had the benefit of Graham's expertise and building knowledge, it is possible we may well have made a very regrettable purchase; We were able to put forward an offer that was reasonable given the extent and cost of the impending repairs.

We recently undertook some major house alterations at our home.
